PC R 80-756390 RESOLUTION NO. 80-756 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 9-4.713, SUBSECTION (a). WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande has held the required public hearing at their regular meeting of August 5, 1960 on the proposed amendment to Zoning Ordinance, Section 9-4.713, Subsection (a), as follows: "The density per family unit in the Duplex Residential (R-2) District shall be as follows: (a) There shall be a gross area of 3;960 square feet per family unit provided on each building site." NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby recommends approval of the amendment for the follow- ing reason: 1. to bring the Zoning Ordinance into coriformance with the General Plan density definition. On motion by Commissioner Gerrish, seconded by Commissioner Cole, and by the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Cole, Gerrish, Moots, Pilkington and Chairman Gorsline NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioners Fischer and Sebastian the foreqoinq Resolution was adopted this 5th day of August 1980. \ ATTEST: �- Secretary
