PC R 80-753 U-- 38� RESOLUTION NO. 80-753 U RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT, CASE NO. 80-297. The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Roger Fuller meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code to allow for construction of a 22 unit condominium development at 1259 Farroll Avenue in an "R-2" Duplex Residential District on the following described property: In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, ° State of California, Pismo Beach Gardens, Portion of Lot 21. Also known as 1259 Farroll Avenue and identified by Assessor's Parcel No. 77-251-01. and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions: 1. Subject to certification of amendment to Section 9-3.503, Subsection (b) of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Arroyo Grande. 2. Drainage improvements shall be as approved by the Public Works and Planning Directors for the following reasons: 1. Permissive use within the District subject to Use Permit procedure. 2. Would not adversely affect abutting properties.
