RESbLUTION NO. 80-744 U
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE USE PERMIT,
CASE NO. 80-294.
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Crown
Hill Investors does not meet the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal
Code to allow for conversion of a 16 unit apartment complex to airspace
condominiums at 523 Crown Street in an "R-G" Garden Apartment District on the
following described property:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, Lots l� 2� 3� 4� 5� 6� 7� 10� 11�
12, 13 and 14, all in Block 28A of Beckett's Crown Hill
Addition to the town of Arroyo Grande per Book A, Page
57 of Maps, including abandoned portions of Harrison
Street and Le Point Terrace. Also identified as
Assessor's Parcel Nos. 07-262-04, 07-262-21, 07-262-53
and 07-262-66
and denies said Use Permit without prejudice for the following reasons:
1. Exceeds General Plan density.
On motion by Commissioner Cole, seconded by Commissioner Sebastian,
and by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Cole, Carr, Fischer, Sebastian and
Chairman Gorsline
NOES: None
ABSENT: Commissioners Simmons and Moots
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 3rd day of Jun 80.
