RESOLUTION N0. 80-720 U
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING CONINIISSION OF THE.CTTY OF
ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT, CASE N0. 79-389.
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Donald
R. Dechance meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code to
allow for construction of a two story barn, 21.5 ft. in height in the "RA-B3"
Residential Agricultural District, at 315 Gularte Road on the following des-
cribed property:
Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 74-275 in the City of
Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, as per Map Filed in Book 16,_ Page
42 of Parcel Maps. Also known as 315 Gularte Road.
and grants said Use Pe�it subject to the following conditions:
1. The building be constructed as per drawings presented to this
office.
2. That since there are no colors depicted on the plan, staff
reco�ends that the color theme of the barn be in keeping
with the existing residence.
3. That roof material shall also be compatible with the existing
residence.
4. That prior to the issuance of a building permit, the
applicant shall obtain all necessary drainage improvements
from the Department of Public Works.
for the following reasons:
1. Permissive use within the District subj�ect to Uae Permit
procedure.
2. Would not adversely affect abutting properties.
On motion by Co�nissioner Cole, seconded by Conunissioner Sebastian, and
by the following roll call vote, to wit:

and Chairman Gorsline.
