RESOLUTION NO. 79-699 V
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A VARIANCE, CASE NO. 79-61.
The Planning Commission finds that the Variance applied for by Glenn
Peters at 1587 E1 Camino Real meets the requirements of Section 7.3 of the
Arroyo Grande Zoning Ordinance as amended, to allow construction of a 4 ft.
wall, rather than a 3 ft. wall, on the following described property:
"A strip of land along the east side of Oak Park Road
and along the south side of the frontage road at the
southeast corner of the interchange of U. S. Highway
101 and Oak Park Road (formerly Eighteenth Street),
City of Arroyo Grande, San Luis Obispo County, State
of California. Also identified by Assessor's Parcel
No. 77�011-07 and 1587 E1 Camino Real".
for the following reasons:
1. Would be a safety feature for the children attending the school
2. Would not adversely affect abutting properties.
3. Would not adversely affect traffic flow or visibility.
On motion by Commissioner Cole, seconded by Commissioner Moots, and
by the following roll call vote, to wit:
