PC R 79-691 U318 RESOLUTION N0. 79-691 U RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT, CASE N0.79-286. The Planning Commission finds that the Use Pe�nit applied for by Tom Johnston meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code to allow for construction of condominiums in an "R-3" Multiple Family District on North E1m Street on the fol- lowing described property: In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, Portion�of Lot 15 of the Folsom Tract. Also identified as Assessor's Parcel No. 77-101-23. and grants said Use Pemnit subject�to the following conditions: 1. That the project receive approval for a Tentative and FinaldSubdivision Map through the prescribed procedure. 2. That copies of the project's C.C. & R's. and Home Owners Association Agreement be submitted to and approved by the Planning Co�nission as part of the Tentative Subdivision review and approval. 3. That all permanent mechanical equipment, such as motors, compressors, pumps and compactors, which are determined by the Building Official to be a source of structural vibration or structural borne noise, shall be shock mounted with inertia blocks or bases and/or vibration isolators in a manner approved by the Building Official. for the following reasons: 1. Pe�issive use within the District subject to Use Permit procedure. 2. Would not adversely affect abutting properties.
