PC R 79-689 G316 RESOLUT•ION N0. 79-689 G required public hearing at their regular meeting of August 7, 1979 and August WHEREAS, the Planning Co�nission of the City of Arroyo Grande has held the 21, 1979, to consider an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Element Map on the following described properties: WI�REAS, the Planning Co�nission feels that the public interest and general. welfare does require such an amendment; and WHEREAS, the Commission minutes including.a list of persons who testified at the public hearing, summary of fact and findings, and copies of any maps per- tinent to the proposal are on file and hereby declared to be part of said Resol- ution, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 'tliat said Planning Commission hereby recom- mends as follows: That the General Plan Land Use Element Map be amended by changirig the class- ification of certain�areas described in Paragraph 1 above from Low Density Resi- dential to the Central Business District. F.or the following reason: 1. Changes would be compatible to and in keeping with the surrounding developments and zoning. � On motion by Commissioner Co1e, seconded by Commissioner Moots, and by the following ro11 �a11 vote, to wit: AYES : NOES: ABSENT: A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING.AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN LAND USE ELEMENT MAP, AND RECON�NDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THEIR ACTION AND ADOPTION. In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, Assessor's Parcel No. 7-191-01, a Portion of Assessor's Parcel Nos.7-191-37 and 7-191-36. Said properties located generally north of the extension of Le Point Street.
