RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE USE PERMIT
CASE 'N0. 79-284.
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Pennit applied for by Crown
Hill Investors does not meet the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal
Code to allow for conversion of a 16 unit apartment complex to condominiums at
523 Crown Street on the following.described property:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11,
12, 13 and 14 all in Block 28A of Beckett's Crown Hi11
Addition to the town of Arroyo Grande per Book A, Page
57 of Maps, incl, abandoned ptns. of Harrison Street and
Le Point Terrace. Also identified as Assessor's Parcel
Nos. 07-262-04, 07-262-21, 07-262-53 and 07-262-66; also
known�as 523 Crown Street.
and denies said Use Permit without prejudice for the following reasons:
