PC R 79-682 Z� 304 RESOLUTION N0. 79-682 Z RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PROVIDED BY CHAPTER 4 ZONING, ARTICLE 32 OF SAID CODE. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, California has held a public hearing on the application of Reuben Kvidt to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Article 32, of said Code to rezone all that property described as follows from "RA" Residential Agricultural District to "RA-B3" Residential Agricultural District with Optional Design Standards: In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, Lot 11 of Tract 604, recorded in Book 9, Page 39 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. Also identified as Assessor's Parcel No. 7-771-29. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that the public interest and general welfare does require such an amendment; and WHEREAS, the Commission minutes including a list of persons who testified at the public hearing, summary of fact and findings, and copies of any maps pertinent to the proposal are on file and hereby declared to be part of said Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commis'sion hereby recommends approval of the amendment as applied for, for the following reasons: l. 2. 3. Zone change from "RA"District to "RA-B3" District with Optional Design Standards would be in keeping with the Land Use Plan. Change would be compatible to and in keeping with the surrounding developments and zoning. The zone change does not effect any other parcel within Oak Park Acres, a planned development. 4. The zone change amends exibits dealing with Parcel 11 within 140 C. S. and not the master zoning of "P-D" (Planned Development). 5. Tentative Tract Map #824 as approved and conditioned by the Planning Commission shall be considered as an exhibit for the Optional Design Standards. On motion by Commissioner Fischer, seconded by Commissioner Cole, and by the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Carr, Cole, Fischer, Sebastian, Simmons and Vice Chairman Gorsline NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner Moots the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 17th day of July 1979. � - _. ..
