RESOLUTION NO. 79-666 U
meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code to allow for a coin
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Ted Gibbs
operated amusement center in an "H-S" Highway Service District at 1009 Grand
Avenue on the following described property:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, a Portion of Lot 4 of the Folsom
Tract. Also known as 1009 Grand Avenue and identified
as Assessor's Parcel No. 77-221-29_
and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions:
1. That a satisfactory letter of agreement from the owner be obtained by
the applicant granting access to the area, to include parking for
vehicles and bike racks.
2. That the unpaved parking spaces on•the property be paved.
3. That the hours of operation be from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on weekdays,
and from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Saturdays and Sundays.
4. That the Use Permit be granted for a period of six months, and then
subject to review by the Planning Commission.

l. Permissive use within the District subject to Use Permit procedure.
2. Would not adversely affect abutting properties.
