PC R 79-663 Z--- 283 RESOLUTION N0. 79-663 Z RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RECONI�IENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE _OF THE�CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PRO- VIDED BY CHAPTER 4, ZONING, ARTICLE 32 OF SAID CODE. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission•of the City of Arroyo Grande, California, has held a public hearing on the application of the Canyon Way Property Owners and Bob Shiginaka to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Zoning, Article 32 of said Code to rezone all that pro- perty described as.follows from "RA-B3" Residential Agricultural District to "RA-B2" Residential Agricultural District: In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, Assessor's Parcel Nos. 7-233-03, 7-222-03, 7-222-06, 7-221-06, 7-221-08, 7-221-09, 7-221-10, 7-221-03, 7-221-04, 7-221-05, 7-222-01, 7-222-04, 7-233-04, 7-233-08, 7-233-09, 7-233-07, 7-233-05, 7-231-12, 7-231-10, 7-231-09, 7-231-13, 7-231-02, 7=231-08, 7-231-11, 7-011-29, 7-011-28, 7-021-03, 7-021-07, 7-021-08, 7-021-14, 7-021-15 and 7-021-09. Above listed properties generally located on Canyon Way and Tally Ho Road. WHEREAS, the Commission minutes including a list of persons who testified at the public hearing, su�nary of fact and findings, and copies of any maps pertinent to the proposal are on file and hereby declared to be part of said Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Conrtnission hereby recom- mends approval of the amendment as applied for, for the following reasons: 1. Zone change from "RA-B3" Residential Agricultural (min, site required - 40,000 sq, ft.) to "RA-B2" Residential Agricultural (min, site required - 20,000 sq, ft,) would be in keeping with the Land Use Plan. 2. Change would be compatible to and in keeping with the surrounding de- velopments and zoning. On motion by Co�nissioner Cole, seconded by Commissioner Vandeveer, and by the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: NOES : ABSENT: Co�nunissioners Cole, Moots, Vandeveer, Gorsline,aSi�ons and Chairman Harris.
