RESOLUTION OF THE PLANl�ING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE C.ITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PRO-
VIDED BY CHAPTER 4, ZONING, ARTICLE 32 OF SAID CODE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, California
has held a public hearing on the application of tfie Fred Marsalek'Estate to
amend the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4,
Zoning, Article 32 of�said Gode to rezone all that property described as follows
from "RA-B3" Residential Agricultural District to "R-1-D" Single Family Resi-
dential District: • �
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, being a portion of Lots 89 and 91
of the subdivisions of parts of the Ranchos Corral de
Piedra; made by James T.
' Stratton in 1873. Also known as 590 and 536 E. Cherry
'Ave., and identified as Assessor's Parcel Nos. 7-621-36:
and 7-621-29.
WHEREAS, the�Commission minutes including a list of persons who testified
at the public hearing, summary of fact and findings, and copies of any maps
pertinent to the proposal are on file and hereby declared to be part of said
Resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Pla nning Co�nission hereby recom-
mends approval of the amendment as applied for, for the following reasons:
1. Zone change from "RA-B3" District to "R-1-D" Single Family •
Residential District would be in keeping with the Land Use
Plan, •
2, Change would be compatible to and in keeping with the surrounding
developments and zoning.
On motion by Commissioner Cole, seconded by Commissioner Moots, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
