PC R 78-647 V--- 26� RESOLUTION NO. 78-647 V RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DENYING A VARIANCE WITHOUT PREJUDICE, CASE NO. 78-60. The Planning Commission finds that the Variance applied for by Dr. Earl C. Jenkins at 205 So. Halcyon Road does not meet the requirements of Section 7.3 of the Arroyo Grande Zoning Ordinance as amended, to allow for reduction of required parking spaces on the following described property: In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as Assessor's Parcel No. 6-543-33, and known as 205 So. Halcyon Road. for the following reasons: l. Because there are not special circumstances applicable to the property, the strict application of the Zoning Ordinance does not deprive applicant's property of privileges enjoyed by other properties in the vicinity and in the same zoning classification. 2. Parking is very limited, and because of the use of the proposed facility, reduced parking would create a hardship for the people using same. On motion by Commissioner Cole, seconded by Commissioner Moots, and by the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Cole, Fischer, Moots, Simmons and Chairman Harris NOES: None ABSTAIN: Commissioner Vandeveer ABSENT: Commissioner Gorsline the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 5th day of December, 1978.
