PC R 78-616 ZRESOLUTION NO. 78-616 Z RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRIINDE AS PROVIDED BY CHAPTER 4 ZONING, ARTICLE 32 OF SAID CODE. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, California has held a public hearing-on the application of Roger Fuller and Dick Davino to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Article 32, of said Code to rezone all that property described as follows from "R District to "R District: "Al1 that portion of Lot 21 of Pismo Beach Gardens in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, • according to map recorded September 3, 1924, in Book 3, Page 45 of Maps in the Office of the Recorder of said County.. Also known as Assessor's Parcel No. 77-251-01 and 1219 Farroll Avenue." WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that the public interest and general welfare does require such an amenc�nent, and WHEREAS, the Commission minutes including a list of persons who testified at the public hearing, summary of fact and findings, and copies of any maps pertinent to the proposal are on file and hereby declared to be part of said Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby recommends approval of the amendment as applied for, for the following reasons: 1. Zone change from "R-1" to "R-3-D" District would be in keeping with the Land Use Plan. 2. Change would be compatible to and in keeping with the surrounding developments and zoning.
