PC R 78-605 U- - 21'7 RESOLUTION NO. 78-605 U RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT, CASE NO. 78-275. The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Robert D. Taylor meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code to allow for Off Sale Beer and Wine Sales in a"C-N" Neighborhood Commercial District at 398 Sunrise Terrace on the following described property: All that portion of Lot 101 of the Subdivisions of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of County Road No. 28, (Valley Road), distant thereon South 1� 00' West, 697.54 feet from the North line of said Lot, said point being the Southwesterly corner of the property conveyed to John W. Dougherty, by deed dated February 24, 1893 and recorded February 28, 1893 in Book 19, at Page 105 of Deeds; thence continuing South l 00' West, along said Easterly line 179.37 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing South l� 00' West along said Easterly line, 179.37 feet to th.e most Northwesterly corner of the property conveyed to B.
