RESOLUTION NO. 78-600 U
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT, CASE NO. 78-273.

The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by E. L.
Pinhey meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code to allow
for a.free standing sign in a"P-C" Professional Commercial District at 236
So. Halcyon Road on the following described property:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, a portion of Lot 106 of the Ranchos
Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal. Also known
as 236 So. Halcyon Road and identified as Assessor's Parcel
No. 77-201-14
and grants said Use Pe nnit subject to the following conditions:
l. 'I'he sign be a minimum of 4 ft. back from the property line.
2. That the sign not be located within the 40 ft. line-of-sight
triangle
for the following reasons:
1. Permissive use within the District subject to Use Permit procedure.
2. Would not adversely affect abutting properties.
On motion by Commissioner Cole, seconded by Commissioner Moots, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Cole, Harris, Moots, Ries, Vandeveer
and Chairman Gerrish
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 21st day of March 1978.�
