RESOT�UTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO G12ANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT,•CASE NO.
77-2660
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by William
Quaresma meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code to allow
�for construction of a second singTe family dwelling unit on one lot in an "R-2"
Duplex Residential District at 822 Huasna Road on the following described
property:
A portion of Lot 17 of Steel' Resubdivision of part of Ranchos
Corral de Piedra, �Pismo and Holsa de Chamisal, in the City of
Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California.
Also known as Assessor's Parcel Noe 7-522-220
and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions:
1, That the flag drive (an access easement) be improved with 2"
AoC, paving to Public Works Department's approval.
2. That the existing house and the proposed new house have individual
water and sewer connectionso
3o The method of tYie drainage of the improvement water be to Public
Works Department's approvalo
4o Z'he site coverage shall not exceed 50$ of the total lot areaa
for the following reasons:
l. Permissive use within the District, subject to Use Pexmit
