RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION
MAP FOR TRACT N0. 671� AND REFERRAL TO THE CITY
COUNCIL FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLYa.
The Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, having duly reviewed
Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract Noo 671, as presented by John Miller, and
the xeport of the Arroyo Grande Planning Commission Subdivision Review Board,
does hereby resolve and accept said Tentative Map, subject to reco�nended con-
ditions as set forth in the Subdivision Review Board Rep�rt, dated August 10,.
1977, and amended by the Planning Commission on Augus� 16, 1977 as follows:
Planning Department:
Item #4: A 6 fta decorative type fence to be installed at east border
of the Tract to offer protection to the adjacent farm land
that will meet the approval of the owner of adjacent farm
land, the developer, and the City.
