RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT
TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS
PR(JVIDED BY CHAPTER 4 ZONING, ARTICLE 32, OF SAID CODE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commiseion of the City of Arroyo Grande, California hae
held a public hearing on the application of John Miller to amend the Municipal Code
of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Article 32, of said Ccde, to
rezone all that property ncted in the description which follows, from "RA-B3"
Reaidential Agricultural District to "R-1" Singl� Family Rasidential District:
That portion of I�ot 105, as per map of Parts of the Rancho Corral de Piedra,
Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal; aurvey of Jame� T. Stratton, C>Eo, September
1873 in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 1, Block 18, as per map of
the Western Addition to the Town of Arroyo Grande filed for record April 10,
1894; thence South 23�03 East 63.24 feet; thence South 1°10" East 238>11
feet to the northwesterly corner of the property conveyed to H. Elissague
et ux by deed recorded April 13, 1937, Office Recorder and the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence South 1�10' East along the westerly line of the
property so conveyed 218,72 feet; thence leaving said westerly line and

welfare does requa,re su�h an �mendmemt, and is in keeping with the Land Use Plan;
and
WHEREAS, the Comm���i.on mir,u��s, inalt�ding a li�t of persons who testified at
the public hearing, �tunmary of fact and findings, and a copy of any maps pertinent
to the proposal are �r� �'i.le and h�reby dec�.�r.ed to be part of said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFOR�, �E IT �2ESOLV�A tha� said Pl�nning Commission hereby recommends
appro�val of the amendmea�t, for the following reasons a
le Zone change to "R-1" D�strict would be compatible to and in keeping
with surrounding developments, zoning, �nd the Land Use Plan.
