RESOLUTION QF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF '.PHE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THAT FEES
BE ESTABLISHED FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF COURTLAND STREETo
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande did
consider improvement of Courtland Street from Brighton Avenue to Grand
Avenue with a 24' blacktop improvement to relieve traffic patterns and
provide more rapid access to the area for Fire, Police, and other
emergency vehicles; and
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Arroyo Grande Planning
Commission held on June 7, 1977, said improvement was cc>nsidered.
NOW, THEREFO.RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Comm.ission of the
City of Arroyo Grande recommending to the City Council th�it a fee of
$100e0� per dwelling unit toward the impravement of Courtla.nd Street
be assessed against the developers of �the following properti�s:
Tract #657, "Buena Vista Terrace" (De Blauw Construcl:ion)
Parcels #1 and 2 of Lot Split Case No. 77-267 (Baden)
Assessor's Parcel Noe 77-081-52 (P�ather)
On motion by Commissioner Cole, seconded by Commissioner Hitche�n,
