RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE VOIDING RESOLUTION N0. 77-492 EIR AND
ACCEPTING NEGATIVE EN�IIRONMENTAL DECIrARATION.
WHEREAS, the Planning Co�nission of the City of Arroyo Grande did
consider Negative De'claration of Environmental Impact.submitted by Garing,
� Taylor, and Associates for Lee Lovett on the proposed Tentative Tract
Map #.625 on James Way,. in the City of.Arroyo Grande, California; and
� WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Arroyo Grande Planning �.
Commission Field on March 15, 1977, the Planning Commission did

consider the appeal of Mrs. Ray' ' Siininons" on ' tlie original Negative
Declaration granted,':the..Highway Design Manual information, the memo on
environmental procedures for the City, prepared by the Planning Director and
dated February 28, 1977, a memo from the Planning Director, dated Februax�y 25,
1977, concerning Mrs. Simmons' appeal, a report concerning the impact of
bu'ilding activity on the school district, a memo from the Public Works
Director and the City Engineer, dated March 4, 1977, dealing with the
cumulative effects of development in the Tally Ho Ftpad area, a report prepared
by the City Engineer, dated May 17, 1976, on the probable requirementa for
subdividing the Lovett property, and additional material regarding drainage,
traffic, fi're department, water system, and the sewer system, dated March 4,
1977; and
WHEREAS, at said meeting public input was permitted.

NOW,`THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission o£ the City
of Arroyo Grande that the Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact is
hereby approved and accepted.
On motion by Commissioner Cole, seconded by Commissioner Gerrish, and
by the following ro1T call vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Cole, Gerrish, Hitchen,.Mathews, Ries,
and Chairman Pope

ABSENT: Coirnnissioner Moobs
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 15th day of March 1977.
