RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING�COMMI�SSION OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING NEGATI��IE''ENVIRONMENTAL
DECLARATION.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande did

�sonssder Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact submitted by Armand
Carpentier, etal, on the proposed rezoning on Ide, Nelson, Garden, and
Whiteley Streets, in the City of Arroyo Grande, California; and
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Arroyo Grande Planning
Co�niasion �he�ld on March 1, 1977 said request was considered and public
input was permitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the
City of Arroyo Grande that the Negative Declaration of Environmental
Impact is hereby approved and accepted.
On motion by Commissioner Cole, seconded by Commissioner Ries,
and by the following roll call vote, to wit:
