WHEREAS, the Planning Comznission of �he Cit.,� of Arroyo Grande, California
has held a public h�aring on. the application of Ron Bennett, agent for George
Miyake, to amend tre Muni�ipal Code of t�e Ci.�t� of Ar.royo Grande-as provided by
Chapter 4, Article 32, of said Co�e, to rezone all ��at property described as
