RESOLUTION OF THE PI�ANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PROVIDED BY
CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE 32, OF SAID CODE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of t�e City of Arroyo Grande,
California has held.a pv:blic hearing on the application of Charles F�
Greenwood to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as
'provided by Chapter 4, Article 32, of said Code, to rezone all that
property described as follows from "A" Agricultural to."RA-B2" Residential

Agricultural, with a density transfer, and "A°P" Agricultural Zoned Dis-
trict with �'=P" Agricultural Preserve Combining District:

It is proposed that.the.above described property be rezoned from
"A" Agricultural Zoned District to "R-A-B-2" Residential Agricultural

Zoned District to "A-P" Agricultural Zoned District with !'-P" Agri-

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that the p�blic interest
and general welfare does require such an amendment, and is in keeping
with the La.nd Use_Plan, and
WHEREAS, the Con¢nission minutes including a list of persons who
testified at the Public Hearing, su�nary of fact and findings and copies
of any maps pertine�t to the proposal are on file and hereby to
be part of said Resolution9 �
NOW, �HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby
recommends approval of the amendment wi�h the following conditions:
1 Zone change to "RA-B2-D" wi,th the !'-D" override to indicate
a density transfer, with a maximum of 55 lots�

in keeping with : surrounding developments, zoning, and the Land
