PC R 76-430 Z�gg RESOLUTION N0, 76-430 Z RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING CONfi�IISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CIT'Y OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PROVIDED BY CHAPTER 4 ZONING, ARTICZE 32, OF SAID CODE WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, California has held a public hea�ing on the application of Wilma Dixon to amend the Municipal Code of the Ci�y of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Article 32, of said Code, to rezone all that property described as follows from "A" Agricultural Zoned Distric� �o "A-P" Agricultural Zoned District with "-P" Agricultural Pre- serve Combining District: "Lot 90 of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal according to the map thereof made by James To S�ratton, and filed in the office of the County Recorder of th.� County of San Luis Obispo, State of California FXCEPTING '1'I�REFROM all that part thereof containing • 0,185 acres, more or less, conyeyed by Mary To Dixson and A, W, Dixson, her husband, to J R., Withrow, by deed dated March 5, 1920, and recorded March 23, 1920, in Book 136 page 366 of Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder of the, County of San Luis Obispo, Also EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that part thereof containing 0,265 aczes, more or less, conv�yed �� Mary T, Dixson and A,.
