ARROYO GRANDE REGOMMENDiNG AN AMEN�M�NT TO THE MUNOCIP�L
CODE OF THE GITY OF �RROYO G.R�NDE AS PROViDED BY CHAFT�R
4, ARTICLE 32, OF SAID CODE„
WHEREAS, the Plannang Commissia� �f the City Qf ,";�coyo Gr��d�,
California, has held a public he�ring on the applfcats�n of G�ry 3e����r��s
to amend the Municipal Code of the �Ity of Arroyo Gra�de as provldea 5y
Chapter� 4, Article 32., of said cade, to �ezone a11 that property nl�scrobed
as follows from R-A-B-1 Residential AgrBcultural District to R-i "'sngle
Family Residential District�
"That portson of Lot 13 of the Resubdivisso�s of a part
of the Ranchos Cor��l de Pied�a, P'ssmo and Bolsa de Che�QSal,
in the County of Sa� L«is Obispo, State of California, as
shown on map filed an Book A, page 63 of Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of sa6d county, described as follows;
Par•cel A- Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said
Lot 13, whech is designated on said map as "S,-32"; thence
along the sourherly line of said lot, South 81 00' West

WHEREAS the Planning Commis�'oon feels that the public interest and
general welfare does requsce such an ameradcnent, and es in keeping with the
Land Use Plan, and
WHEREAS, the Commission minutes includong � list� of persons who
testified at the �ublic heari�g, summary of fact and findings and copies
of any maps pertinent to the proposal are attached and hereby declared to
be part of said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby
recommends approval of the amendmer�t f�r the following r�easans�
1„ Zone change to R-1 Single Fam�ly Residential District would be
compatible and in kEeping w�th the sura developments,
zoning, and Land Use Plan,
