RESOLUTION Oi THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE DETERMINING THAT �, RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME

RESIDENTIAL ZONED DISTRICT SUB.TECT TO USE PERMIT.PROCEDURE,
WEIEREAS, the Arroyo Grande Planning Commission did consicYer a request
to permit a residential care home for the aged in an "R-G" Garden Apartment
Residential zoned district; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the requested use not to be
inconsistent with the uses set out in, and the intent of, the Garden
Apartment District and providing development is consistent with adja-
cent land uses and would create no more vehicular traffic or parking
problems; and
