WHEREAS, The F1annBng Commossdon o�f the City of Ar�ayo G�ande,
Californta has held a p�blic heargng on the applocatio� of ��lly Ho
Enterprises to emend the Munictpal Cnde of the City of Arroyo Grande
as provBded by Chapte� 4, Article 32 of saud C�de to rezone alt that
property described as follows from "RmA�B-3" Residentaal Agricultu�al
District to R-1 Sengle FamBly Reside�tual Distrect and pmD Planned
Development District;

Obispo County Recorder's Offoce on September 29 1972 thence,
northwesterly along the southerty boundary of said Parcel 1 to its
most westerly corne�; thence,
northeasterly along the westerly boundary of said Parccel 1 and its
prolongatlon to the northeesterly boundary of Lot 26 as shown on

District.
WHEREAS, the Plar�ni�ag Co�nmession feels that the p�blic enterest and
general welfare does require such an amendment, and °es in keeping with the
Land Use Plan, and
WHEREAS, the Commess°son menutes including a 1Bst of persons who testified
at the PublBc Heacing, s�mmary of fact and fsndongs and cop°ses of any maps
pertinent to the proposal are attached and he� declared to be part of said
Resolution.
NOW, THEREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that saed Planning Commission hereby re-
commends approval of the amer�dment for the following reasons:
1. Zor�e chac�ge to R-�l and P�� Dastrocts would be compatible to and in
keepeng with surrounding developments and the Land Use Plan.
2. �'he Pre-7'entative Subdivision Map for Trect No 560 is approved
and adopted in concept and design, and the zone change grented
subject to cond°otions as losted in the Subdivision Review Board
Report, dated P1ay 19, 1g75,
