E. Stickler at 508 and 512 Le Point Street does not meet the o
of Section 7.3 of the Arroyo Grande Zoning Ou'd3nance as amended to allow
for a zero front yard setback for a double two�car garage in an R-1 District
on the following described property;
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obaspo, State of California Lots 16 and 18 Lots.
20 and 22 fn Block 28mA, Becketts Grown Hill Addition.
For the followong reasons:
(a) !n that et wo�ld constitute a grant of special privolege in-
consdstent with li.matations upon other properties in the
v6cinity and same zoneng in which thos property is located, and
(b) could possibly endanger publBc health and safety.
On motion by Commbssooner Moofis, seconded by Commissioner Ries, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
