RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL GODE
OF THE CITY OF ARROYQ GRANDE AS PROVIDEQ BY CHAPTER 4 ZONING�
ARTICLE 32, OF SAID CODE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Gommission of the City o�F Arroyo Grande, California
has held a public hearing on fihe application of Bettie Lawler to amend the
Municipal Code of the Clty of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4�� Article

WH�REAS, the Planning Commission feels that the publlc tnterest and
general welfare does require such an amendment, and is in keeping with the
Land Use Plan, �nd
WHEREAS, the Commtssion minutes tncluding a list af persons who fiesti-
fied at the Public Hearing, summary of fact and findings and copies of any
maps pertinent to the prnp�sal are attached and hereby declared to be part
of said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby re-
commends approval of the amendment for the following reasons:
1� Zone change to "P-M" District would be campatible to and in keeping
with surrounding developments, zaning and Land Use Plan,
