The Plaraning Commis�ion finds th�t the Use Per�not applied for by Donald
Aa Hanson at 160 Tally Ho Raad meets the requ�� of the Arr�yo Grande
Municipal Code to allow for a Direct Mail Addresseny business on the follow-
ing described property:
"That portion of Lot 26 of the Resubdivision of Part of the Rancho
