The Planning Commission fends that the�Use Pe�°mo� �p�3oed for by
United Pentecostal Church on F�rroll Av�r��e, meets th� reqa�uo°�m�nts o�E the
Arroyo Grande M�nicipal Code to al low for coc�stu of a�h�a�� �� and S����y

described property:

and portions of vacat�ed streets in Beckett Addet000� to the Towro of
Oceano, according to the map thereof filed °un Book 1 of Record of Surveys,
at page 103 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Luis
Obispo,. State of California, described as foilows:
Beginning at a point in the South lane of the public road conveyed to fhe
County of San Luis Obispo by deed recorded in Book 6 of Official Records,
at page 104 which point is distant South 89 52' West, 413.8 feet from
the intersection of said road line with the West line of Lot Ten (10) in
Bloak Twelve (12) of said Addition, and running thence South 0 08' East
77107 feet to a point in the center line of Central Avenue now vacated,
thence along said center line South 89 52' West, 198.9 feet; thence

1. That the development plans for the property be submitted to the
Architectural Committee for approval prior to issuance of building
permit, and that the request for a Day Care Center be referred
liack to the Planning Commission after ap�roval of the plans
for a determination as to whether or not the use would be compatible
in this area,
2, That full off�site improvements be installed according to City
specifications and codes,
3, Al1 utllities to be placed underground,
4, All droveway and parking areas as approved by the Architectural
