allow for a temporary Mobilehome Sales Lot in a C-N Distroct and adjacent to
WHEREAS, the Arroyo Grande Planning Commission considered a request to
an approved mobilehome park, and
WHEREAS, the Zonang Ordinance provides for servoce stations; public
buildings and uses; pub�ic utility buildings and uses, and
WHEREAS, it appears that a Mob�ilehome�Sales Lot adjacent to an approved
mobilehome park is � much less intensive use than the aforementioned uses, it
is therefore determined that a temporary mobilehome sales lot would not be in-
consistent wuth the uses set o�t above, and would create no more vehicular
traffic or parkong prob�ems, and
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting af the Arroyo Grande Planning Commission
held on June 19, 1973, the Commissoon did consider said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE GT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City
of Arroyo Grande that a temporary mobilehome sales lot adjacent to an
approved mobilehome park is permissive within the C-N District within the
City of Arroyo Grande, subject to Use Permit procedures as provided for
within the District (Sec. 9�4.1203).
On motion by Commissioner Spierling, seconded by Commissioner Calhoon,
