Stratton's Survey of parts of the Ranchos Corral de piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, on the City,of �•.� � Arroyo Grande, County of San l:uis Obispo, State of California, as shown '� on map filed in Book A, page 65 of Maps in the office of the County � �Recorder of said County, described as follows; BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly line of Valley Road, as shown on the map of Tract No. 186, recorded in Book 6, page 52 of Maps in the office of said County Recorder that is distant along said Easterly line North 0 09' East, 1411.05 feet from the Southerly line of said Lot 101; THENCE along the Southerly boundary of the land described in the Deed to B.
