The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Edsth R�a�els
at 586 Valley Road meets the requErements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code to
allow for the sale of plants, flowers and other mater3als pr3mardly produced�on
the premises in an RAm63 D3strict on the following described property;
"In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Ob�spo, State of
California, that portion of Lot 107 of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra
Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, described as follows;
Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said Lot wdth the
West line of the Arroyo Grande public road, (County Road No. 28), as
said West line existed on July 31, 1883; thence West along the South
line of said Lot, 582.1 feet to the'Southeast corner of th� property
conveyed to W. H. Dowell, by deed dated February 1, 1898, and recorded
February 3, 1898, in Book 33 ofi Deeds', at page 570, records of said
County; thence North 10 3/4 East al�ong the Easterly 16ne of the property
so conveyed 343 .2 feet to the Southwest corner of the property conveyed
to J. H. Orcutt, by deed dated April 6, 1887, and recorded April 6, 1887,
in Book W of Deeds, at page 463,' records of said County; thence Nortfi 89
23' East along the South line of the property so conveyed 145 feet to the

the Easterly line of said conveyed property 353.5 feet to the post ma rked
P.. S. No. 3; then�e North 57° 5T' East along the Southeast 1°one of said
property 133 feet to the Southwesterly line of Arroyo Grande public road
aforesaid; thence along said Southwesterly line South 33 1/4 East
425.3 feet and South 1 3/4 West 407.9 feet to the point of beginning. ''
and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions;
+ l. 51 of materaals sold to be produced on the property.
2. No permanent employees.
3. One sign not to exceed a total of 32 square feet per face.
For the following reasons: -
1. Permissive use with,dn the District subject to Use Permit procedure,
as determtned by Resolution�'No. 73-292.
2. Would not adversely affect abutting properties.

by the following roll call vote, to wit;
