PC R 72-290 Z341 RESOLU�DON N0, 72m290 Z RESOLUTION OF 7HE ClTY OF ARROYO GRANDE.PLANNVNG COMM9SSION RECOMMENDING AN AM�NDMENT T� THE MUNGC9PAL CODE OF TWE C9�Y OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PROV�DED BY CHAP�ER 4, ART�CLE 21, OF SAID CODE, WHEREAS, the Planning Commissoon of the City of Arroyo Gra�de, Calofor�aa has held a public hearing on the applacatoon of Coastal Constr�ct°so� Coo and R. D. G�ay Construction Company to amend the Municipal Code o� t�e Cuty of Ar�oyo G�ande as provided by Chapter 4 Artpcle 21 of saud code to rezone a�l that property described as follows from P�D Planned Development Qast�s�t to Rml Sungle Famoly Residential District. All that part of Becketts° Addatlon t� the Yown of Oce�no, en the Caty of Arroyo Grande, in the County of San Luis Obespo, State of Californea, according to map recorded February 4, 1908 en Book 1 Page 103 of Record of Surveys, bounded as follows: On the North by the center line of Central Ave�ue as shown on said map; On the East by the Westerly boundary 1°anes of Tract No. 282 accordang to map recorded �une 21 1963 in Book 6, Page 99 of Maps; On the South by the South line of said Becketts° Additaon; And on the West by the West line of said Becketts' Addition,.�besng also the Eas.terly line of First Street as shown on said map. Excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to James Wilkinson by deed recorded June 17, 1927 in Book 32, Page 288 of Offlcoal Records, desc.ribed as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the tract of land conveyed by SoKo Huber and Oscar Huber, to John F.
