SCOPE• This policy describes ehe procedures and requirements of the Arroyo Gran� d e Ptanning Commlssion when they epprove the use of property for the purpose o� Ptabilehane Parks far permanent occupancy single famil� resi- dential, and Travel Trailer Parks, which are established for the purpose of housing recreation orient�d vmhlcles and related equipment. The following procedures and req�l�err�nts have been established by the Planning Conraission to enable tfiem to date�mine the campatibility of the development with surround- ing �roperties and to ,insur� thrrt provisions a�e made for recreation fatilities, parking, 6andscaping, water supply, sewerage, drainage control and other faciliti�s in order to protect the health and welfare of the occupants of tha Park. � B.
