PC R 72-270315 RESOLUTION N0. 72-270 d�ly held the required public hearing for reversion to acreage of s�bd°oveded WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande h�voo�g property as presented by Certified Freight Lines, and as recdmmended by the Sz�bdivision Review Committee, and WHEREAS, there was no opposition expressed at the public heari�ag, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED, that the Arroyo Grande Plaean°sng C+�mmassson recommends to the City Council that the "Reverseon to Acreage'° Map be accepted and recorded for the property,located Branch Street �c�d Wesley Avenue, and more particularly described as follows: Lots 1, 2 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, in Block l and a portion of Cleaver Street and of Branch Street of the "Map of Valley View Tract" (Book 3, Page 78 of Maps); a portion of Lot 30 of "Harris' Resubdivision of property of E. W. Steele" (Book 3 Page 85 of Maps); a portiora of Lot 104 of "James T. Stratton's Subdivision" (Book A Page 67 of Maps), all being a portion of Lot 75 of the "Rancho Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal'° (Book A, Pg. 65 of.Maps), all located within the City of Arroyo Grende, County of San Luis Obispo State of California, On motion by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner St, �enis and on the following roll call vote to wit; AYES: NOES: ABSENT: RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL ACCEPT AND RECORD A"REVERS90N TO ACREAGE" MAP.
