RESOLUTBON OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE C9TY OF
ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A VAROANCE, CASE N0, 72m47.
The Planning Commissson finds th�t the Variance applsed for by Hector S.
Bizzini at 1303 Grac�d Avenue meets the requerements of Sectaon 7.3 of the
Arroyo Grande Zoning Ordinance Noo 1S7 as amended, to allow for an add�tion to
an existing Residence in the P-M District on the following described property;
In the City of Arroyo Grande County of San Luis Obaspo State
of California, Portion of Lot 18 of the Folsom Tract and
Portion of Lots 2 and 3 of the J. F. Beckett Tract.
(a) in that it does not constitute a grant of special pravilege enconsistent
with limitations upon other properties in the vicinity and same zoning
in which this property is located, and
(b) that because there are special circumstances applicable to the property
(size-shape-topography=location-surroundings) the strict application
of the Zoning Ordinance does deprive applicant's property of privileges
enjoyed by other properties in the vicenity and ° en the same zoning
classification and grants said Vari�nce for the followeng reasons;
1. Addition to resodence is necessary to accommodate family.
2. Property not subject to redevelopment at the present tome.
