S�hoenfelder to amend the Municipal Code of the Caty of Arroyo Gc'ande as provuded by Chapter 4, Article 21 of saod code, to rezone all that property descrebed as follows from R�A-Bm3 to R-1 District. That portion of Lot 107 of the Ranchos Corral de Poedra, Posmo and Bolsa de Chemisal, subdtvuded by Jas. To Stratton, September 1873, in the City of Arroyo Grar�de, County of San Luas Ob6spo, State of California, according to map filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder of saod County, descrobed as follows; Beginning at a poont oa� the easterly line of Alpine Street Extension as conveyed to tl�e Cuty of Arroyo Grande by deed recorded in Book 424 at �age 2�1 of Offucoa� Records at the southerly termi� nus of said Alpine Street Extensuon; thence North 1 09' West along said east line 34 feet to the soa�thwest corner of Parcel 3 of property con- veyed to James L. WHEREAS, the Plannong Commossuoro feels that the pulblic interest,and general welfare does require such an amendment, and is in keeping with the Land Use Plan, and WHEREAS, the Commissio� mos�utes including list of persons who testified at the Public Hearing, summary of fact and fondings and copoes of any maps pertinent to the proposal are attached and hereby declared to be part of said Resolution, NOW, THEREFOR�, BE 6T RESOLVED that saod Planraing Commission hereby recommends approval of the amendment as appleed for, for the following reasons: 1, Zone change to Rml District would be compatible to and in keeping with the surrotandeng developments and zonong.
