PC R 72-246 U� �* RESOLUTION N0 72 U RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT, CASE N0. 72-191. The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Marvin K. Hartwig at 231 Halcyon Road meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code to construct a combination office building and apartment ,`, \ structure in a PmC District on the following described property: In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, a portion of Lot 107 of Ranchos Corral de Piedra and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions; 1. All off-site improvements required that are not now in place. 2. Utilities to be placed underground. 3. Final plans to be presented for architectural approval prior to issuance of a building permit. For the following reasons: 1. Permissive use within the District subject to Use Permit procedure. 2. Would not adversely affect abutting properties.
