A RESOLUTlON OF THE CBTY OF ARROYO GRANDE PLANNENG COMMCSSION
D�NY6NG AN AMENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE C9TY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AS PROVBDED BY CHAPTER 4, ARTGCLE 21, OF SAID CODE.
WNEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, California
has held a public hearing on the applocation of W. G. Payne to amend the
Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Article
21 of said code, to rezone all that property descr�bed as follows from CpN to
R-3 Dist.rict. �
Al1 of Lots 12, 13 and 14, Tract 10, in the C�ty of Arroyo
Grande, County of San LuBs Obisp�, State of California
WHEREAS, the Planni�g Commission feels that the public interest and
general welfare does not requ3re such an amendment, and
WHEREAS, the Commission minutes including list of persons who testified
at the Public Hearing, summary of fact and findings and copies of any maps
pertinent to the proposal are attached and hereby declared to be part of
said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE BT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby
recommends denial of the amendment as applied for, for the following
reasons:
1. R-3 zoning adjacent to a Commercial zoning would not be
compatibleo
2. Property of insufficient size.
On motion of Commissioner Nunes, seconded by �ommissioner Ste Denis,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
