PC R 72-235 U2�5 RESOLUTION N0..72 U RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNGNG COMMISSION OF THE CITY �F ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT, CASE N0, 71-1860 The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Eo Ao Wical, M.D.� at + 950 Huasna Road meets the Requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municapal Code to allow for expansion of a Mobilehome Park on the following described property; Those portions of Lots 17 and 18 of the Resubdivisio� of a part of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo a�d Bolsa de Chemisal, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, accord- ing to the map filed for record November 24, 1886 in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows; Beginning at Stake Sa70 at the Northeast corner of said Lot 17 and running thence South 81 West along the South line of Huasna Road a distance of 46g .2 feet to a point which is located North 81 East 30.14 feet from Stake So located at the Northwest corner of said Lot 17 and running thence South 9 East a distance of 237 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing South 9 East 670 feet more or less to a point in the center of the Arroyo Grande Creek; thence North 57° 30' East 160e52 feet along the center of the Arroyo Grande Creek to a point; thence South 9 East 29 feet to a point on the Northerly line of Myrtle Street; thence Norfh 57 3�' East along said North line of Myrtle Street 39.9 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 17; thence continuing North 57° 30' East along said North line of Myrtle Street 358.4 feet to a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 17; thence along the said Easterly tine of sai.d,Lot 17, North 43° 15' West 19,14 feet; thence North 9 West a distance of 519 feet to a point which is located South 9 East 225 feet from said Stake S.70; thence South 81 West 288.90 feet to a point on the Westerly line of said Lot 17; thence South 9 East 12 feet to a point; thence South 81 West 18308 feet to the true point of beginning. and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions: 1. Engineered grading plan for the entire expansion area being developed. 2. Park.be developed in keeping with the plans on f.ile, 3. The 6' chain link fence be continued on the northerly and westerly side of the property, and a gate 6e installed at the emergency right-of-way. access to Huasna Road. 4. Chain link fence to be "backed up" with landscaping as indicated on the plan. For the fo.11owing reasons; l. Permissive use within the District subject to Use Permit procedure. 2.
