PC R 71-217 Z25;8 RESOLUTION N0. 71-217 Z WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, Californoa has held a public hearing on the application of Lee Lovett to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Article 21 of said code, to rezone all that property described as follows from F-S District to H-S District; � In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of � California, that portion of Lowe's Addition to the Town of Arroyo • Grande and Cypress Street (abandoned) as per the map thereof recorded in Book B, Page 8 of Maps recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, and a portion of Lot 104 of James T. Stratton's Sub- division of parts of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa �e Chamisal as per map recorded in Book A of Maps at Page 65 in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 12 of said Lowe's Addition; • thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of said Lot 12 to the most easterly corner of that parcel of said Lot 104 deeded to Buzz Langenbeck and Wife by deed dated August 27, 1964 and recorded in Book 1312 at Rage 549 of Official Records; thence southwesterly along the „ southeasterly line to the most southerly corner thereof; thence north- westerly along the southwesterly line thereof to a point on the souther;ly line of Traffic Way (formerly State Highway 101) as said street ex rsts es of October 1, 19a1; thence easterly and southeasterly along said soatherly line of Traffic Way across the said Langenbeck property and said Lowe's Addition to its intersection with the southeasterly line of Lot 13 of said Lowe's Addition; thence southweste,rly along the southeasterly line of said Lot 13 to the most southerly corner thereof; thence southeasterly across said Cypress Street to the most easterly corner of said Lot 12 of said Lowe's Addition; thence southwesterly along the southeasterly line of said Lot 12 to the most southerly corner thereof and the point of beginning. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that the public interest and general welfare does require such an amendment, and is in keeping with the Land Use Plan, and WHEREAS, the Commission minutes including list of persons who testified at the Public Hearing, summary of fact and findings and copies of any maps perti�nent to the proposal are attached and hereby declared to pe part of said Resoiirtion. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE 0'F THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PROVIDED BY CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE 21, OF SAID CODE, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that sai.d. Planning Commission hereby recommends. approval of the amendment as applied for, for the fol�owing reason: l.
