PC R 71-193 Z234 RESOLi�T G ON N0, 71 � i y:� Z A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMEND9NG AN AMEND�I�NT �'0 THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CETY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PROVODED BY CHAPTER 4 ZON�NG, ARTICLE 21 OF SAID CODE, WHEREAS, the,Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grar�de Calofornia has held a public hearing on the application of Jack and Kay Carmochael to amend the Mwnecipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Article 21 of said Code, .to rezone all that property descrobed as follows from H-S to R�3 Distrfct: "That portion of Lot 15 of the Folsom Trac.t in the City of Arro.yo Grande, County of San Lues Obispo, State of California, according to map filed for record September 26,.1891,.in Book B at page 75 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as folTows; Beginning at a monument in the center line of.Elm Street at the Northerly line of Grand Avenue, as said avenue and street are shown on the map of Tract.No..161, recorded in Book 6 at page 28 of Map�, in the office of the County Recorder of said County; thence along center line of said .Elm Street, North 3 14' 05" East, a.distance of 140.00 feet; thence North 86 45° West a distance of 30.00 feet to the true poi'nt of beginning; thence along.Elm Street, North 3 14' 05" East, a dBstance of 135.00 feet to the Southerly line of .Lot 1 in,Block 1 of said Tract No. 161; thence along said.Southerly line North 86 45' West a distance of 130.00 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said.Lot l; thence South 3 14' 05" West a distance of 135.00 feet; thence South 86 45' East, a distance of 13�000 feet to the true point of beginning". Zone change to R-3 would be compatible to and in keeping with surrounding developments and zoning.
