PC R 70-160 Zl96 RESOLUT90N N0, 70-160 Z A RESOLUT&ON OF THE GiTY OF ARROYO GRANDE PLANNSNG COMMISSION RECOMMENDENG TO �i'HE C�TiY GOUNCBL AN AMENDMENT TO THE MGNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PROVIDED B`Y CHAPTER 4 ZONING, ARTICLE 21, OF SA&D CODE. � WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, California, has held a public hearing on the application of Golden West Homes, Inc, to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Article 21, of said code, to rezone all that property described as follows from RA-63 to P-D Distr�ict: All that part of Becketts' Addition to the Town of Oceano, in the City of Arroyo Grande, in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map recorded February 4, 1908 in book l, Page 103 of Record of Surveys, bounded as follows: On the North by the center lir�e of Central Avenue as shown on said map; On the e�st by the Westerly boundary lines of Tract No< 282, according to map recorded June �1 1963 in Book 6, Page 99 of Maps; Or� the South by'the South line of said Becketts' Addition; and on the West by the West line of'said' Becketts' Addition, beirag also the Easterly line of First Street as shown on said map, Excepting therefrom that portion.conveyed to James Wilkinson by deed recorded June 17, 1g27 in Book 37., Page 288 of Official Records, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the tract of land conveyed by S. K. Huber and Oscar Huber, to John F. Beckett by deed dated February' � 19th, 1906, and rec�rded in the office of said County Recorder in Book 69 of Deeds, at page 168 and being also the Southwest corner'of Becketts' Addition to Oceano, aecording to the map thereof on file in the office of � said County Recorder, and running thence East along the South line of said Tract so conveyed to John F.
