GRANDE AS PROVBD�� BY CHAP�ER 4 Z�N�N�, ARu�C�E `�I,.OF
SAED CODE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroy� Grarode, California,, h,as
held a public hearing on the applic�tion of Mrs< D. L. M�aro to ame�ad the Mu�ocipal
Code of the City of Arroyo �rande as provided by Chapter 4, Article 21, of said code,
to rezone all that property described as follows from RAmBI to Rs'�:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County,of San L�is Obispo, State of California,
that portion of Lots 17 and 18 of Steele's Resubdivisioss of part of the Ranchos
Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal, more particularly described as
follows; Beginning at Stake.S-70 at the intersection of the easterly Tine of
Lot 17 of Steele's Resubdivision of part of the Rar�chos Corral de Piedra,
Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal, recorded in Book A at Page 63 of Maps records
of said County, and the souiherly line of huasna Ro�d; thence South 81
West aloreg the said So�therly line of F�a�asn� R�ad 563 a30 feet to the Easterly
liroe of Clarence Ave,; ther�ce Sou�h 9" E'ast 850 feet more or less to �he
Southerly termir�us of Clarer�ce Ave,; thence South 81 West 350 feet to the
Easterly line of Stanley P.ve,; ther�ce South 9 Eas� aloray the said EasterTy
line of Stanley Ave, to the cen�er of the A�'royo Grande Creek; thence Easterly
ar,d Northeasterly along the center of said Arroyo Grande Creek to its inter-
section with the said Easterly line of said �ot l7; thence along the said
Easterly line of said Lot 17 North 9 West 74;.82 feet more or less to
�take S-70 and the point of beginning.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that the pi�blic interest and general
welfare does require such an amendment, and is ir� keepir�g with the Land Use Plan, and
WHEREAS the Commission report incl�ding list of persons who testified st the
Public Hearing, summary of fact and findings and copies of any maps pertiner�t fo the
proposal are attached and hereby declared to be part of said Resolution,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLUED, that said Planning Commission hereby recommends
approval of the amendment as applied for.
On motion of Commissioner Strother, seconded by Commissioner St. Denis, and by
the following roll call vote, to-wit: -
AYES: Commissioners Mchli.11en, Porter, St. Der.is and Strother
NOES: None
ABSENT: Commissioners Combe a�d Mc�ss
