A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTENG A USE PERMIT, CASE N0 69
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Paul Schmitt
at 535 Traffic Way meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Gode to
expand an existing Mobile Home Park on the following described property;
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, a portion of Lot 91 of. Stratton's Survey of the Ranchos
Corral de Piedra,_ Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal
and grants sai�d Use Permit subject to the following conditions:
l. Final drainage plan subject to the approval of the Public Works Department prior
to submission to the State, with particular attention to drainage from adjacent
southerly parcel into Mobile Park area and drainage slope of the northeasterly
section of the internal street'.
2. Private street section to be improved and black topped full width.
3. Fire Department requirements as follows:
A sufficient number of 3/4" stand pipes; locations subject to the approval of
the Fire Department. Said stand pipes to be connected to the park interior
water system, and to which shall be permanently affixed a good grade garden
hose, approximately 100' in length with "Boston Type" nozzle or equal. Said
hose and pipe to be enclosed in permanent cabinet marked "For Fire Only".
4. Landscape and maintain all cut and fill banks within the expansion area as
well as the adjacent property presently used as Mobile Home Park.

northeasterly of curb face or on property line, whichever is the furthest
distance. Area between s,idewalk area and wall to be landscaped and maintained.
6. Al1 utilities to be placed underground.
For the following reasons:
l. Would not adversely affect abutting properties.
2. Permissive use subject to Use Permit procedure.
