The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Fissori � McNeil,
at 1185, 1193 and 1199 Linda Drive meets the requiremer�ts of the Arroyo Grande Municipal
Code to allow for a Triplex in an R�2 District.on the followina described praperty;
