PC R 69-130 Z. �.�f �6 RESOLUTION N0. 69-130 Z A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL AN AMENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PROV9DED BY CHAPTER 4 ZONING, ARTICLE 21, OF SAID CODE WHEREAS, the Ptanning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, California, has held a public hearing on a Planning Commission instituted change to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Article 21 of said code to rezone all that property described as follows from R�l to F-S: In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, ` State of California, all of Block 6 of the Western Addition Subdivision; more particularly described as that area bounded on the west by Oa�k Street, on the south by Cornwall Ave., on the east by Barnett Street,-and on the north by Bennett Avenue and the Frontage Road. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that the public interest and general welfare does require such an amendment, and WHEREAS, the Commission report including list of persons who testified at the Public Hearing, summary of fact and findings and copies of any maps pertinent to the proposal are attached and hereby declared to be part of said Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby recommends approval of the amendment as applied for.
